How a Syrophoenician Woman’s faith overcomes obstacles
- His first responsibility, His “priority list” so to speak, was the Jews. This woman was a Gentile, and so what Jesus was saying was that He must first feed the Jews with spiritual food.

- Jesus said she had Great Faith.
The obstacles to her faith were great – Mark 7:24-27

- The obstacle of religion – Mark 7:26-27
- The obstacle of rejection – Mark 7:27

- Great Faith throws itself at the feet of Jesus – Mark 7:25, Mark 7:32
- Great Faith is persistent – Mark 7:28
- Great Faith repeats the Word of God – Mark 7:28
- Great Faith responds with submission – Mark 7:28
- Great Faith is rewarded – Mark 7:30, Mark 7:35
